Biltwell Lane Splitter Factory Full Face Motorcycle Helmet

This is the previous-generation Lane Splitter, the ECE R22.05 version of Biltwell's progressively styled full face. It suits the rider who wants a modern, aggressive shape on a cruiser, naked bike or custom, with a proper face shield for highway miles and bad weather.

This one is the Factory graphic in flat black.

Biltwell describes it as rigorously tested, a top choice for riders who demand comfort and high performance, and certifies it to ECE R22.05. The rugged, lightweight ABS shell sits over a three-piece EPS safety liner, and the molded urethane chin bar pad has front and side vents to get air to your face. The polycarbonate shield has anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments, and robust hinge detents let you ride with it cracked open at slow speeds.

Inside, the comfort liner and cheek pads have brushed fleece Lycra touch points and come out for washing or replacing. Molded recesses in the EPS take select aftermarket audio and communication units. The chin strap has fleece Lycra touch points and an adjustable strap end retainer.

Good to know: this R22.05 model uses its own liner, cheek pads and chin spoiler, which Biltwell sells separately from the newer R22.06 parts. ECE helmets tend to fit snugger than DOT-only models, so measure your head against Biltwell's chart before ordering.
