Shipping & Returns
This policy applies to retail orders placed on ridedepot.com only. Wholesale and B2B dealer orders are excluded and governed by separate dealer terms.
Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on all orders — unless otherwise noted on the product page. Oversized or freight items that require special handling will show any applicable shipping charge before checkout.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge, calculated based on your location and package size.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Free in-store returns: Drop off your return at our Boca Raton location at no charge — 141 NW 20th St, Suite G7, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags, hardware, and documentation.
- Missing or damaged packaging: A restocking fee of up to 25% of the product value may apply to items returned with missing, incomplete, or damaged original packaging.
- Electronics: Must be returned in sellable condition — uninstalled, complete with all cables, hardware, and documentation, in original packaging, with no signs of installation or use. Defective electronics are covered under manufacturer warranty (see below).
Free First Exchange — Apparel & Sized Gear
Wrong size? Your first exchange ships free both ways on apparel, gloves, and sized gear. One free exchange per order; item must be new with tags attached. Contiguous U.S. only.
Non-Returnable Items
- Batteries
- Electrical components: bulbs, spark plugs, fuel controllers, relays, and similar items
- Opened chemicals, oils, lubricants, and cleaners
- Items that have been installed, mounted, or wired to a vehicle
- Wiring harnesses that have been cut, spliced, or modified
- Electronics showing signs of installation or use
- Mounted or used tires
- Closeout and clearance items — all sales final
- Gift cards
Refund Timing
Returns are inspected and approved within 5 business days of receiving your item. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 2–10 business days.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account on ridedepot.com (click the profile icon in the store menu).
- Open the order containing the item you want to return and select Request return.
- Choose the item(s) and select a return reason.
- Submit the request. Once approved, you'll receive an email with your prepaid return label or in-store drop-off instructions.
Don't have an account? Enter your email at the returns page and we'll send you a six-digit verification code to access your order.
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet the conditions above (e.g., signs of installation or use, missing components, outside the return window, or a non-returnable item), the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
- We'll notify you by email with the reason and photos where applicable.
- You may have the item shipped back to you at your expense within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed items after 14 days will be forfeited.
- Partial condition issues (e.g., missing or damaged packaging) may instead be accepted with a restocking fee of up to 25%, at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product — do not install it. We'll make it right.
Products that fail after installation or use are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not our return policy. We'll help you file the claim and work with the manufacturer to get you a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Warranty terms vary by brand.

Ride Depot reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. This policy does not apply to wholesale/B2B dealer orders, which are governed exclusively by separate dealer terms, including shipping charges, return eligibility, and restocking fees.
