Does Ride Depot offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $9.99. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories ship at live carrier rates.
How quickly will my order ship?
We ship seven days a week. Orders placed before 4pm ET dispatch the same day, except items shipping directly from the manufacturer. Other orders ship within 24 hours unless they ship direct from the manufacturer. Check the product page for its fulfilment status.
Are your parts genuine, and are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. Ride Depot is an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, so every part is genuine and backed by the manufacturer's warranty.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry DENALI, Shoei, Cardo, Quad Lock, Alpinestars, Insta360, CHIGEE and more, motorcycle lighting and electronics, communication systems, helmets, phone mounts, and action cameras.
How do I know a part will fit my motorcycle?
Set your bike in our garage tool (make, model, year) and listings are filtered to fitment-verified parts. Universal-fit items are clearly labeled.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unopened items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Eligible first helmet sizing exchanges include a free return label and free shipment of the replacement size; conditions and exclusions apply. Read the full return and exchange conditions.
