Biltwell Lane Splitter 20th Anniversary Full Face Motorcycle Helmet

The Lane Splitter is Biltwell's aggressively styled full face, the one Biltwell calls its feature-rich helmet for high-performance riders. It was the first Biltwell helmet engineered to meet European standards, and it is the one to pick over the Gringo family if you want a sharper shape, more ventilation and a chin spoiler for faster, longer rides.

This limited-edition 20th Anniversary colorway celebrates two decades of Biltwell. It has custom exterior graphics, an all-new brown synthetic comfort liner and a 20th Anniversary badge, and it is a small-batch release.

This is the current version, rated US DOT FMVSS No. 218 compliant and ECE R22.06 certified by Biltwell. The shell has front, side and rear ventilation, and a removable BioFoam spoiler under the chin bar cuts turbulence below your face. The shield is CE-certified polycarbonate with anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments, and firm hinge detents let you ride with it cracked open at slow speeds.

Under the ABS shell is a dual density EPS liner, plus a molded urethane chin bar pad for front impacts. The fleece Lycra comfort liner and cheek pads come out for washing, a BioFoam head form panel helps airflow, and molded ear pockets take select aftermarket speakers. The chin strap uses a D-ring with a red quick-release pull tab, and the anodized hinge hardware can be swapped for other colors.

Sizing tip from Biltwell: R22.06 helmets can fit snugger than DOT-only models in the same size, so check their chart before you order. Accessory cheek pads are available if you want to fine-tune the fit.
