How it works

Try the helmet on as soon as it arrives, before you remove any tags, stickers or protective films.
Keep everything: the box, papers, labels and stickers. The helmet must come back to us in brand new condition.
If the fit is not right, email us at hello@ridedepot.com within 30 days and tell us the size you need.
We email you a free return label and your new size ships out as soon as the original is on its way back.

The helmet must be unworn beyond an indoor try on, in its original packaging with all parts, tags and stickers in place. Helmets that have been ridden in, dropped, or stripped of tags cannot be exchanged.

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, about 1 in (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. Measure twice. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger.
