Details
The Corsair-X is Arai's flagship full-face, the model Arai says represents the culmination of its experience in helmet design. If you ride fast on the street or do track days, this is where you start. This one wears the IOM TT 2026 graphic.
Inside you get Arai's Intermediate Oval shape, the standard fit Arai says suits most North American heads. The liner is fully removable and odor resistant, and the temple pads and crown pad come out so you can fine tune the fit.
The VAS shield system sits lower on the shell, which leaves a smoother temple area so the helmet can glance off an impact. Changing shields is quick: one lever releases the side pod and the pin together. The Max Vision shield comes with a clear Pinlock insert, so fogged-up mornings are handled out of the box.
For airflow, the IC Duct-5 up top and the Type 12 diffusers each run on three-position switches that also help keep noise and rain out. Internal channels pull hot air from the eye port out the side vents. The shell is Arai's PB-SNC² construction, and the helmet is DOT and Snell M2020 certified.
