Alpinestars SM7 Blaster Off-Road Motorcycle Helmet

The S-M7 sits in the middle of Alpinestars' motocross range: a composite shell and most of the M10's thinking at a lower price. It suits racers and hard trail riders who want real protection tech without paying flagship money. The version we sell is DOT and ECE 22.06 certified.

The Blaster graphic is Alpinestars' design; ours comes in Black/Gray/White/Yellow Fluo, White/Blue/Red and Purple/Pink/White.

The shell is a pre-preg blend of fiberglass, carbon and aramid, in three shell sizes across six fit sizes from XS to 2XL. Alpinestars quotes 1,340 g for the DOT version in size M (1,280 g ECE). The A-Head system sets height and angle, and cheek pads come in every thickness and swap between shell sizes, so you can dial the fit in. It breathes through 20 ports, 13 intakes and 7 exhausts. PLASMA inserts in the side pads sit by your collarbone, the visor is built to break away above 15 joules of impact, and there are ear recesses for a comms system and hydration channels on both sides.

Pick the S-M7 over the SM3 for the composite shell, A-Head fitting and PLASMA. Step up to the M10 if you want the carbon shell, MIPS and 28 vents.
