The helmet must be unworn beyond an indoor try on, in its original packaging with all parts, tags and stickers in place. Helmets that have been ridden in, dropped, or stripped of tags cannot be exchanged.

Helmet size guide

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, about 1 in (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. Measure twice. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger.

A correct fit is firm with even pressure all around, no tight spots, and the helmet shouldn’t rotate when you shake your head. Cheek pads break in slightly with use. Available sizes vary by model, check the selector above.
