Every helmet at Ride Depot comes with our Size Guarantee. If the size you ordered does not fit, we send you a prepaid return label and ship the size you need at no cost to you. One free exchange per order.

How it works

Try the helmet on as soon as it arrives, before you remove any tags, stickers or protective films.
Keep everything: the box, papers, labels and stickers. The helmet must come back to us in brand new condition.
If the fit is not right, email us at hello@ridedepot.com within 30 days and tell us the size you need.
We email you a free return label and your new size ships out as soon as the original is on its way back.

The helmet must be unworn beyond an indoor try on, in its original packaging with all parts, tags and stickers in place. Helmets that have been ridden in, dropped, or stripped of tags cannot be exchanged.

An old favorite but now with a new fit and new features. Our latest Gringo S helmet not only meets DOT regulations in the US, it also meets the new European ECE 22.06 regs. The shield mechanism now uses the same anti-rattle closure featured on our Lane Splitter helmets. Three shell sizes replace the previous two for improved fit and comfort.

Note: The new R22.06 Gringo S will not work with the old Gringo S shields because the closure has been improved. Replacement shields in different tints available here.

Helmet size guide

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head — about 1 in (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. Measure twice. If you fall between sizes, choose the larger.

A correct fit is firm with even pressure all around — no tight spots, and the helmet shouldn’t rotate when you shake your head. Cheek pads break in slightly with use. Available sizes vary by model — check the selector above.
