A rod-style mirror-mount bracket that clamps around the mirror stem itself (fits a 10 to 16mm stem diameter) and terminates in a 1-inch ball head, a different mounting style from INNOVV's crooked-mouth bracket aimed at bikes whose mirror stem is a plain round rod rather than a flat mounting base. Once clamped it gives the same adjustable ball-head platform for a camera, GPS display, or other small accessory, so which one you need comes down to what your mirror stem actually looks like.
